At AOS Outdoor Kitchens, a consultation is the first step to bringing your dream outdoor kitchen to life. Here's what to expect:

Design Inspirations: Get ready to tell us about any outdoor kitchen ideas or previous designs you like.

Space, Size, and Shape: We'll discuss the area where you plan to install the outdoor kitchen and determine the optimal size. We'll also talk about your desired outdoor kitchen shape.

Storage and Appliances: Here, we'll discuss how much storage you’d like and what you’d like it to look like. There are a variety of options, from open shelving to enclosed cabinets. We also want to hear about the appliances you’d like in your outdoor kitchen.

Extra Features: Interested in an outdoor kitchen shelter or a custom patio? Just let us know, and we can integrate them into your design.

Location: Your home's location will determine how easy it is for us to get to you. This will enable us to work out installation costs as well as how long it will take for us to get started.

We'll edit the 3D design as many times as needed until you're completely happy with how your outdoor kitchen looks. This process ensures that the final design is perfectly aligned with your vision and functional needs.

Once you're thrilled with the 3D design, we'll ask for your approval to move forward. With your approval, a deposit will be paid to secure your outdoor kitchen build slot. This marks the exciting transition from planning to construction.

3D DESIGN

With your outdoor kitchen design set and your deposit securing your project, we move into the exciting build stage. This is where your outdoor kitchen plans transition from a 3D design to tangible reality. Our skilled team works to ensure every detail aligns with the agreed design, ensuring your outdoor kitchen exceeds your expectations.

Step-by-Step Construction:

Foundations First: If your design includes a shelter or patio, we'll start here. Installing these elements first ensures a seamless integration with your outdoor kitchen, providing a sturdy and cohesive foundation for the entire project.

This frame is essential for supporting your chosen finish and the overall structure. The finish — whether wood, tile, or render — will then be applied once the worktops have been fitted.

Brick Builds: For those opting for a brick outdoor kitchen, the process is slightly different. Since brick constructions don't require a separate frame or a ‘finish’, our team will begin by laying the bricks directly.

Once the frame or brick structure has been built, installing the worktops is the next step.

BUILD

Once the foundation of your outdoor kitchen has been laid, the next step is the installation of the worktops. This process begins with templating to ensure a perfect fit within your outdoor kitchen's unique layout.

Templating: Our worktop fabricators will take precise measurements of your outdoor kitchen space to create a template for the worktops. This ensures that the worktop fits seamlessly onto your outdoor kitchen structure.

Fabrication: With the measurements in hand, we then move to the cutting phase. Your chosen worktop material is cut to the exact specifications of the template. This stage takes approximately 7 days, during which the worktop is crafted with precision and care.

Installation: Once cut to perfection, the worktop is ready to be installed.

For outdoor kitchens finished in wood, tile, and render, the chosen finish will be added to the frame after the worktops have been placed.

The worktop stage marks the near completion of your outdoor kitchen project; all that’s left is the installation of appliances!

WORKTOP

With the worktops perfectly installed, we move to the final and one of the most exciting stages of creating your dream outdoor kitchen: appliance installation. This is where your garden kitchen truly comes to life, ready to host countless outdoor cooking and entertaining sessions.

Our team will carefully fit each of your chosen appliances into their designated spaces within your outdoor kitchen. Whether it's a high-end BBQ, a state-of-the-art pizza oven, or a luxury outdoor fridge, we ensure every appliance is installed with precision and ready for use.
